Annalie Nienow

Annalie is the owner and team lead for the
City of Lakes Home Team.
She has been a licensed REALTOR and worked in residential real estate sales and marketing since 2002.

Annalie has lived and worked in the Twin Cities since moving to Minneapolis to attend the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus in 1999.  When she moved to Minneapolis she quickly fell in love with the lakes, parks, art, food, and theater that the city had to offer.  She was drawn to the real estate industry through her passion for small business and the opportunities that being a business owner can present, and as every agent says “her love for architecture/interior design/homes”.  She found that consulting clients through the purchase and/or sale of one of their largest assets was a truly rewarding and exciting process that she was honored to be a part of.  Since becoming a licensed REALTOR she has furthered her education to achieve the e-PRO designation and real estate Broker status.

Annalie started the City of Lakes Home Team blog because she feels that real estate is about so much more than the home – it’s about the community!  Being a true part of the community as a South Minneapolis resident, and an expert on the community whether it be information about a local school, a park with a great playground, or a breakfast place with the best bloody mary, is of the utmost importance to Annalie and the entire City of Lakes Home Team.


Angela Conrath
Angela is the lead buyer specialist on the City of Lakes Home Team.
She has been a licensed agent since 2013.


With one foot in Minneapolis and one foot in St Paul Angela is a veteran in the world of working with people!
U of M graduate, she lived and worked for over a decade in Minneapolis and NE Minneapolis before moving her family to St Paul.  Prior to selling Real Estate Angela’s 15 years experience working in the public sector as a Social Worker has catapulted her success as a Real Estate Agent.  This experience has taught her superior communication skills and a deeper understanding to a myriad of needs that come up during the home buying and selling process.
Angela’s previous Social Work experience has helped her with a long lost past time…Listen First!  “By taking the time to actually listen to what my clients desire in a home is what has tailored my success to bringing them to their dream home!  Listening…and not assuming, is something people really appreciate.”
Selling and buying homes is a very complex process and Angela’s experience has proven time again to always serve her clients best interests.  Angela owns investment property and understands the complexities they have. She possesses top notch negotiation skills through years of selling people homes, and understands the complicated process to guiding her clients through the entire journey, start to finish.
